Tinkerbellan83, I’m with you. I hate logging my food too. I haven’t been on MFP for 9 years and it shows! I am at the heaviest weight I’ve ever been. I want to loose 30 pounds, so here I am. I NEED accountability! Hope I can do this as I’ve tried so many times and failed. 😳. Good luck everyone!

I need accountability, this is a great idea! I used MFP eight years ago with great success. Since then I went back to school for a career change and taking care of me was no longer. I am 55 and at my heaviest weight I've ever been, discouraging. I've been to the gym the last 2 days so I'm ready to get to it with my…

Perfect question - my issue exactly and has been for some time. I do great all day and then have that glass of wine in the evening which leads to another and snacking...! I posted a question about getting away from this awhile back and great ideas were given, as here, to include the wine & snack as part of your calorie…

Congrats on your weight loss! I am now sipping on my last glass of wine, it has to be. Love the stuff but it leads to snacking for me. I know what you mean about cold weather and such, I live in Tonawanda, NY and in the winter it's dark by 5pm, ugh! I want to be outside all the time! My biggest problem too I just realized…

Great advice from everyone and thank you. I definitely need to not buy the trigger foods and stay out of the kitchen. Mention was also made about going to bed earlier which is another great idea! I do great all day and then bomb out at night. Will definitely rethink my choice of snack and how to work it in my calorie…

I am very interested in joining this group! I am concerned that I am becoming addicted to reading everything here and on so many other forums, I will never get anything done! Love the support, ideas, tips and conversation! Add me please... and bump for the questions, back soon.

I am interested in toning and bettering how my body looks not really interested in loosing weight. Would love to learn from everyone here and get/offer support, would love to be added/included!

I think I need to add to my question here... when I have tried in the past to work out in the morning, I'd eat a slice of whole wheat toast w/peanut butter, sip some water and go, then the rest of the day would feel wiped out, drained and because of feeling drained, I have had to workout later in day but I'd rather go to…

On days I don't work, I get up, have a small breakfast and my coffee, wait an hour then do my workout. On work days I don't work out until after work so no problem on those days but really want to convert to a.m. workouts. I will be starting nursing program in September and I know my workout time will suffer thus looking…

Thank you for responding. I've checked out her website and am surprised no one seems to use her products. I may check them out anyway.

You can add me too, I lost 10 lbs and now just trying to get the body toned and maintain the weight I have now, I am comfortable wearing my clothes. We are all here for each other as others have said. My biggest thing is my "pouch" and toning the arms! Good luck to you, and hope you do well!
