OK so today I tried the jump squats- not for me so Im doing 100 jumping jacks and 100 squats. Also I'll be walking about 40-60 minutes today.

50 pushup complete I parked in the last spot at Walmart and started from the garden center for extra walking I also did 25 squats with 12 pound of weight
