I have to get a new DVD because I attempted doing it months ago and lvl 2 ended up skipping. I have level 1 so I am going to try from the beginning again. Day 1 complete! I didn't weigh or do any measurements so I will have to do that this week!

I do the 30 day Shred, but use it in addition to my gym workout which consists of cardio and strength training. I don't know if 30DS is enough on its own to make a difference, but its a great addition to any workout!

Its hard to judge because you don't know the EXACT weight of the steak... Butter can definitely add up. I have used light butter which is still like, 50 cals a tablespoon.

Yea I log it as circuit training as well... but I only log 20 mins so hopefully it underestimates and not overestimates. I should really get a HRM but for now I'll have to deal with it.

Sounds good! I make choc oatmeal using a diet packet of hot chocolate (only 25 cals) and its delicious. And I agree... its good to indulge sometimes! It's not like you're eating a ho-ho or something lmao! Everyone has their own way of staying on track and meeting THEIR goals!

Yes... also look for the 94% fat free. I love the fact that I can eat a lot of popcorn for little calories! Its a great alternative to any chip craving you might get!

I don't know, but I will be looking for an answer as well! lol I was just noticing my stomach how its toned on the sides, but I still have fat & skin in the middle. I think the only thing is to do cardio, focus on "healthier" foods, and stick to calories.

Nights are my weaknesses... I think mostly because I am home longer. I can have a great day and blow it by night. We just have to be aware of this and try to retrain our minds!

Can you use the low cal/ 0 sugar ones even if its not before/after exercise. I have Pea Protein I drink after exercise but I seem to be on the run in the AM and was thinking about having a shake instead. Opinions?
