30 day shred 5/31 start

I am starting the Jillian Micheals 30 day shred tomorrow and would really like people to join me! I am going to post my weight tomorrow and if anyone else wants to post their weight and measurements they are more than welcome! Lets all help and motivate each other to stick with this!

I'm in! I've been looking for "accountability buddies" and looks like I've found them I've done the 30 day shred here and there, but haven't been able to keep it up longer than maybe a week. I need this time to be different!0

I'll give it a shot! I'm doing a running program as well so need something to tone and the 30DS should hopefully do it!0

Day 1 DONE!
Was really thinning twice about all this when I woke up this morning, but once I got going I was good. I never work out in the morning but hopefully it'll be a new thing for me because I really feel like I have some energy now to start the day!
And I lost .6 ounces doing it.. hehe0 -
Hey! Perfect timing... I was just thinking to myself "wow.... only 4 weeks till my holiday - might just be able to fit in 30 day shread before I go! "
I tried this not long ago but whimped out half way through L2. I did see results though in that short amount of time. My hubby is urging me to try again coz he said the results were really fast. I'm going to try to also occassionally do Banish Fat Boost Metabolism but I know for sure I won't be able to fit in this and the 30DS every day.
i must must must take measurements tonight and photos (i have put it off sooooooo many times now i've lost count!)

I've seen other posts and I have added it as circuit training for 20 min. Hope that helps.0

I will do this challenge too! I dont think I have ever even made it to level 2 of the 30DS. I have like 3 other BL workout DVDs that I tend to mix it up with. But, I am very interested to see the results of doing the 30DS from start to finish! I do my workouts during nap time each day! I will definitely be sure to get this done daily! I am excited. I will weigh myself in the morning since it is already close to lunch! I will also do measurements and post those!0

so i did day 1 of the 30ds. wow! its rough.
mfp says i burned 251 calories but my heart rate monitor say 445 calories burned. which one do you think is right?????0 -

Just did my first workout, yikes! I like to think I'm pretty fit but that was shockingly tough. Starting weight 138.8. Let's see what happens!0

Measurements I am tracking:
Arm: 15in
bust: 45in
waist: 41in
hips: 45in
thigh: 28.5in0 -
I did the Shred already but since I am just getting over a cold and just did level 1 today I'd love to join you guys.
My starting weight is 161. My measurements are in my log and have kind of stalled since I haven't been keepiong track of things as religiously so this will be the kick in the butt I need to get those reduced some more.
It's amazing how doing this DVD will transform your body.
So how's everyone feeling after day 1? I find level 1 to be a killer on my legs. They feel like jello for a couple of hours afterwards.
My goal is to be able to do 20 push-ups in a row before then end of level 1. So far I'm at 15. Those are soooo hard.0 -
I have to get a new DVD because I attempted doing it months ago and lvl 2 ended up skipping. I have level 1 so I am going to try from the beginning again. Day 1 complete! I didn't weigh or do any measurements so I will have to do that this week!0

So I'm currently toying with the idea of doing this twice a day. I know the point of them being short is to make them easy to commit to but I feel like it's not enough. I'm also having surgery on the 21st after which I won't be able to workout for 6 weeks (UGHHH).
Thoughts on more than once per day?0 -
Ok, Day 1 down! I'm going to dig out my measuring tape and start logging my inches too.
I did TurboJam in the morning as well as Shred this evening. I'm going to see how long I can keep it up. I know eventually my schedule will get to the point where I can't do both, but I want to see if it will help me break out of the 150s.0 -

Maybe do the 30DS and a different work-out each day. I feel the same way. That 20 minutes is tough and sucks, but once it is over I feel like I need to keep going for like 15-20 more minutes! I like to add on some cardio or I do a different workout DVD! I dont think I could do 30DS 2 times a day.0
