Depending on your work load you can always pre cook your food at night or for the week on the weekends. That's what i usually do just so im not rushing in the mornings.

For low cal recipes or healthy versions of your fav. food I recommend www.skinnytaste.com lots of great foods with comments and they tell you servings WW points all that good stuff. For working out im a big fan of the an hour of cardio and hour of weights for me that worked out the best.

Take it 1 day at a time and remember starting is the hardest part once you get in a routine just sticking to it becomes a habit. ^^^^^ same here i said i wanted to be at 250 thought i was still to big so i went down to 235 thought i was still to big so i dropped it down to 210 and now im at 201 but im thinking of going to 195ish. so again its really up to you what you think you'll be happy maintaining.
