Hi all,
My name is Tanya and I am from the UK. I have been battling with my weight all my life and have decided that enough is enough and it is time to do something about it.
We have got a trip to Florida next year June and I have decided that I do not want to go there as a fat blob. I need as much as encouragement I can get as this is going to be a hard battle. I am hoping to loose at least 80-100 lbs before we go and know that I need to knuckle down and get my A into G.
To all of you out there who have managed to do it, you are all an inspiration and I hope I can do just as well as you.
Staring Weight: 283 lbs
Target Weight 175lbs
No photos to upload as yet but hopefully soon

Hey there i went from 335 lbs to 205 lbs in a year and half when i first started my weight loss journey i was strictly MFP and i lost 68 lbs from Feb 2012 to Oct 2012. After i saw that it's possible to loose the weight i hated for so many years i wanted to step it up a notch and i got a personal trainer who really got my @$$ moving. The best advice i can give is don't think of this as a diet but rather a life style change take it day by day don't beat yourself up for eating something you feel is "bad" because no one goes their whole life eating "clean" and healthy you can always come back from it stronger and more determined.
Good luck on your personal Journey! You'll do great!0 -
