They didn't help me lose weight because they weren't satisfying. I was going to try to sell them and everything but I started gaining even more weight, so I got off of them at that point.

Not so much low fat... but learning to eat cleaner. My diary is public! I am not so great with keeping up with it but anyone is welcome to check it out.

Abs are made in the kitchen... by walking away! lol... Honestly! The "cleaner" you eat, the lower your body fat percentage gets, the sooner you'll see abs. You can't spot reduce, unfortunately.

Health! Trying to boost my immune system and get back in shape. My weight is very close to my goal, but I have no strength, stamina, or tone so working out is actually what I need to do most.

I bring my own drinks and food/snacks... red wine, hummus, makings for fresh guacamole (avocado, garlic salt, lime juice), and sliced cucumbers or whole grain chips/crackers so that I can still have fun with my friends, and there's often only 1 or 2 people interested in what I'm eating. Works pretty well for me!

Fruit sugars are the best kinds of sugars to be eating, so unless you have health reasons to avoid all sugars, I wouldn't worry about it! =)
