  • i LOVE buffalo steaks & burgers! the hot dogs aren't bad either. I don't have any recipes though.
  • no big deal. i had a few dark chocolate hershey kisses last night, tonight i had a fun sized 3 musketeer bar and twix bar. i exercised, i had the calories to eat, why not! i'm not going crazy.
  • I just had 3 dark chocolate hershey's kisses!!! that twix mini bar is also tempting hahha I'll save that for tomorrow!!!
  • How many calories are you eating a day? I didn't see any results until I cut mine down to 1200 a day + exercise calories. I also do cardio 20 min a day 5 times a week. But this is what works for me, you just have to change it up and see what works for you!

  • My son is 18 months. Usually he's really good and on a schedule and I exercise during his afternoon nap. Other days I just have to wait until he goes to bed, or not do it at all. It's hard. But keep trying to fit it in and it will be fine :) sometimes I just do it while he's in his high chair eating breakfast or lunch!…
  • it's all about logging meals and exercising. i've lost 18lbs in 2 months and I'm very happy with that! I'm eating 1200 cals a day (and exercise calories) and exercising 4 days a week.
  • I have the same problem. My son is a year and a half old, but I still have that pouch. It's not too too big, but it's really annoying and makes me look fatter than I am when I'm naked! I just keep doing cardio and lower ab work outs and hope it goes away!
