Well I was born and raised in New Orleans so that makes me a cajun though I spelled it with a K for my profile. And because I lived on a little bayou island which instead of calling us rednecks, they called us coonasses. So I changed that so that technically *kitten* wasn't on my profile lol.

I just found a recipe for mini chocolate chip cookies. I haven't made them yet but the recipe sounds good. welcome to ya. Like you I'm a southern girl and its hard not eating all the good stuff Im used to. But I try to be good and be healthier and work out more. Its hard but with all the support you get on here it makes it easier. especially when you can find healthier versions of the foods you like

Alice in wonderland is the best. I must say that working at the job I am in sometimes I feel like Ive fallen into the rabbit hole and Im surrounded by characters.

Yeah that machine may have needed to be calibrated and was not reading right. It also depends on the resistance you are working at. I use a crossramp elliptical 10 on 7 resistance and at 29 minutes I usually burn 300 cals.
