First week back at MFP and lost 3 lbs! Diet only. I'm surprised because my diet has been rocky this week. One day I went over my calories and the next I was way under! Crazy! I was only hoping to lose 0.5 lbs/wk but 3!!! WOW

I am so in Last Friday my weight was 134.0 and today (Friday) is 134.4 makes me so so upset. I think it's from having the past 2 days working out like crazy.0

I did, weigh in once this week at 164.8 but those 2 ounces have came back. LOL Oh well, atleast I did see 164 on the scale so I know it can happen. :laugh: Just going to keep working at it and i'll get there. Congrats to all those who have lost this week. To those, like me who didn't, just keep going. It'll happen. Trust me, I know it gets discouraging but we are worth it so we will NOT give up!:flowerforyou:0 -

hi all new to this but like the idea with sharing success with everyone so i guess im in. not had good two weeks. last week was 79.7 this week 79.4 so lost a pound in two weeks :sad: . im having 1200 cals a day as recomended by MFP but when i go to the gym i lose a 1.5 pounds. ive had a cold last two weeks so jus sort of maintained. i guess il have to sweat off at the gym again lol. good luck everyone.0
