Another week of no change. Still stuck at 165. I guess it's good that I'm not gaining atleast but I'm stuck. Got to get my butt in gear and start moving back down on the scale again. Congrats to all those who lost! Keep up the great work everyone!0

Have you tried eating a small amount of calories more than you should? When I was at Weight Watchers there was a woman with the same problem, she was stuck at the same weight. The instructor suggested eating a couple more "points" sometimes that is what you need to re-start your body.
I haven't tried that and I would be nervous about possibly gaining - but that was why I was paying a company to help me lose weight. To get professional advise. Good luck, I hope you break this cycle soon!0 -

No I haven't. It might be worth a try though considering staying within my calorie limit isn't helping right now. Thanks. Hadn't thought of that. Don't want to gain but am really ready to break this plateau too.0 -

I got a bit side tracked with a chaotic silly season and picked up some weight, but started again on Sat 21 and already made progress!
Sat 21 Jan - 91 kgs (200.6 pounds)
Fri 27 Jan - 89 kgs (196.2 pounds)
Lost: 3 kgs (4.4 pounds)0 -

Thank you! It's been a struggle lately, not to eat the right things, but to make sure that I am served the right things (traveling is a huge pain in *kitten* with "special" dietary needs) but through it all the weight continues to come off.
I am a huge proponent of plant based nutrition!0 -
