I have been on cymbalta for a year and a half now ( which I believe is similar to Prozac) and although I actually lost a bit at first it actually took me over 6 weeks to get use to the new meds so give it some time. I have known a few people who have gained on other similar medications.

I have seen the doctor, and it doesnt seem to matter if its cooked or not, fruit is fine in blended smoothies and what not, its just veggies.

I do have IBS as a result of another condition which I'm being treated for already.

Great post! Love my cheek bones Pretty proud of my bum too lol and my arms and legs are both pretty muscular ...really its just the mid section that needs work! lol

I am desperatly trying to lower my carb intake, ( with out any of the special diet plans). I have heard that artifical sweeteners are really nasty triggers so i'm staying away from those as well.

I should also mention that I was dignosed with Fibromyalgia in October, which is both new found insperation and a new challange.

I found the same thing in the first week, I was constantly starving. But it has backed off now . When I'm between meals and hungry ill have a glass of milk or a hard boiled egg which I now keep in the frige all the time. They both have a fair bit of protein and help me get to the next meal.
