I try to run 4 days a week for 20-30 minutes. Averaging 8-10 miles per week Fitness Level: Intermediate

Occasionally I will do both it one day. It does make me more tired. Normally I will do one or the other throughout the week.

Ive been on Lutera for 3 years and it doesn't seem to affect me.

Jillian Michaels Killer Buns and Thighs is basically all lunges and squats. It's killer but it works!! I love it!

How many calories are you eating daily? You might need to up your intake a bit. It's sounds strange but a lot of times if you adjust your calories you will lose the last bit of weight.

I started on Feb 28. I've successfully completed Day 3. I starting weight is 154. The scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks so I'm hoping this does the trick!!

Fitness for me. Although it can be frustrating to not see the scale drop even though you are putting in the hours with exercise and diet.

I completed Day 2 Level 1 yesterday. I'm loving it. I feel like I need to add some more cardio into my daily routine though.

I am doing both of them as well. I usually log the buns and thighs as calisthenics and the 30DS as circuit training.

This is where I am too. I want to lose a total of 15 lbs. I lost 8 since Jan 7, 2012 but it's coming off pretty slowly compared with other peoples success on here. I'm not on a crazy restrictive diet. No fast food/fried food. Tried to cut down on cheese and bread (very hard lol) and working out 6 days a week for 30-45…
