Got to round 9 too . Not bad for day 1. I really enjoyed it though, the background music is funky and the moves are easy to remember after doing a section. Think it would be ok to do 4 days per week as she advised. Well done on SW weight loss - i hit 2.5st loss award but kinda hit a wall and started to eat…

She looks fabulous and im hoping it will help tone me up. I dont follow her diet plan although its pretty self explanatory - 1200 cals per day, 2 yogurts, 3 meals…

Congratulations on your inches lost :-). I've also ditched the scale as I was going on it every day and making myself upset when I saw an increase. I put mine away 3 weeks ago and worked out hard, went to see nurse for post baby check and she weighed me; I had lost 10lbs

I lost all my weight from walking. I have a treadmill in my living room and do 5k a day, im a fast walker (5mph) so can do it in under an hour. I love plugging in headphones and having some 'me' time, even if im sweating a bucket :D. Xx

Awesome work - love the pics (and the mask!). Amazing changes in 30lbs xx

Not sure if my experience is the same as yours but I killed my kness after doing level 1 of 30DS :(. Never had issues with my knees, after working out they were painful to stand up/sit down, they clicked and I could generally tell I knackered up my ligaments. This was probably about 6 month's ago. I stopped and just did…

Oh my, there has been some awful misfortunes :(. The rollercoaster ones are painfull, I LOVE going to theme parks and there was a teen trying to get on Air (Alton tower's) and there was two assistants putting there full weight on the harness to squeeze her in it. The guy managed to get this feet on the bar and clicked it…

OMG!!! HAHAHAHAHA! Yep, I did the arm trick - its the only way I could get down

I'm on day 3 now but holy hell I couldn't walk when I woke up the next morning after day 1!! My thighs felt like they were going to rip out of my skin, It was so hard going up & down the stairs - let alone sitting on the toilet! Haha. I better look awesome after the 30 days  xx
-
Thanks for the reply :). Just done level 1, legs feel like jelly but hope that will improve over the next week or so! Congrats on your weight loss & inches, hope I can also achieve that X

Wow! Thats impressive, congrats on completing all that - sounds alot of hard work. I tried doing 30ds when I was at my heaviest and it nearly finished me off, just couldnt do it, now ive lost 20lbs I would like to try again, my thought was that id be fitter with the additional 15lb loss but it sounds like you managed :).…
