Hi all! Am a late starter but I want to loose at least 8kg. Starting weight: 83kg 17/10/13 - 83kg 24/10/13 - 31/10/13 - 7/ 11/13 - 14/11/13 - 21/11/13 - 28/11/13 - 5/12/13 - 12/12/13 - 19/12/13 - Gee... not many weeks to go till Christmas when you look at it like that. :)

Cool I'll have to have a look, I quite often do scrambled eggs with one whole egg and two egg whites, but hate wasting the yolk.

I drink it just about every day. One teaspoon in some hot water, and sometimes add milk to make hot drinks with it. I like the taste of it, and it stops me wanting to drink lots of coffee.

Molasses is high in iron, just put a teaspoon of it in your hot water and add milk, or no milk.

I have scrambled eggs with one egg, and one egg white, in that I mix ground linseed and parsley, and sometimes spinach, and I have that on top of tomatoes just about every morning. :)

Here is a good website that helps you increase squats in a safe way. http://www.twohundredsquats.com/week1.html It is very do able. There are other programmes also to help increase push ups ect.
