you weeks sound like mine, I do good during the week and not so good on the weeknd. I weigh in once a week on tuesday which helps me not to go crazy overboard on the weekend.I have done good here on this website and get support everyday.I know I am the only person in control of me so I have to stay modivated !! I just have a $5 walmart one that only does steps b/c I just want to get in my 10,000 in a day. One day I will move up to a fancy one !!

For sure. I try to log my food before I eat because I tend not to fall off track. I had only been working out 2 or 3 days a week but this week I am going to work out all 5 !! I think when it all comes together it is great !!

I am doing turbo jam but want to work my way to turbo fire !! I thought Chalean Xtreme was alot like P90X !?!?! Have fun !!!

weekends are my hardest time too !! I try to log what I am going to eat before I eat it !! Drink LOTS of water and think in my mind what I WILL look like in a few months....that keeps me on track !!!
