Saw A Picture of Myself...

... and I didn't cringe!

I started losing weight in February 2010 after seeing some truely awful photos of myself. I was 194lbs back then. The photos are here:

July 2008 and around 192lbs

I don't have any photos of myself after this time, as I avoided a camera at all costs!

And this is me now (in the red cardigan)

:smile: When I saw the photo yesterday i couldn't actually believe it was me!

I still have a little way to go (around 7-14lbs) but I'm so happy I just had to share it!

    I feel a lot younger too... can't believe I'll be 30 in a few months! and I also completed my first 10k on Sunday!!

    Only tips I can offer are to log EVERYTHING, drink plenty of water (I'm drinking around 2.5l per day) and don't be afraid to have a little treat now and again :smile:

    2nd - are you a MINI owner? (the pic of you with all the minis :)...I own a 06 Mini Cooper convertible and I LOVE it.
    My license says "IMMINI2" (I am only 4'9" LOL)

    2. I WAS a Mini owner... Unfortunately I was involved in quite a serious accident in December 2008 and my Mini was damaged beyond repair :sad: I am hoping to get another one some day though...
