I love my fitbit - it tracks my calories throughout the entire day and can link up with my fitness pal so that I know exactly what my deficit is. I have been able to learn that on a day where I don't work out I burn overall about 1900 and on a day that I do, it's more like 2200. That has really helped me stick to my…

So far I haven't been 100% at any of it, but I would say at least 80%. I'm not eating meat, but have had cheese on pizza over the past week. Maybe 80% is the way to go for me, anyway! I have started Turbofire again and am feeling much better doing this combo. I haven't gotten on the scale because I am trying to go by how I…

I've been drinking Shakeology for 3 years. I just tried the new Vegan Chocolate today and really liked it. It doesn't have any soy or corn and the protein is plant-based from pea and biofermented brown rice. I'm looking forward to seeing how I like it over the long haul. :) If you want more information, feel free to…

I do steel cut oats and that lasts way longer for me than regular oats. I also add peanut butter or PB2, cinnamon, stevia, and sesame seeds.

If we could all go 80% raw I think we would all have much better health!

Gluten free because we are going to be testing out my son for celiac based on the recommendation of his pediatrician. I eat a lot of grains, and do better when I avoid gluten as well, although I don't have celiac.

I did the 90 day Les Mills Pump Challenge starting in January and lost 9 lbs and 9 inches that month. Love it! I then got sick and had to reduce the lbs and that had an effect on my results, but I still was able to lean out a ton. I'm still doing it a couple of times a week in conjunction with Turbofire. :) I'm a trainer…

Eat veggies! Steamed, Raw, roasted - you name it! :)

I stopped eating meat and dairy because it is acidic and that really takes its toll on me. I have a chronic disorder that is much improved when I stay away from it. I don't miss it. I think it is a choice, but I think eating a lot of meat also keeps people from eating the plant foods with enzymes and nutrients that they…

Honestly, what works for me is to increase fruits and veggies. Our body needs micronutrients that we only get from raw fresh foods, and when we don't have those, our body will hold onto everything just to try to salvage nutrients! When you increase the raw fresh stuff, you get the digestive enzymes that you need to break…

I've been drinking it since it came out. Can't go a day without it!

Try going vegan before 6pm to make sure you are getting a good amount of fiber and nutrients. Hopefully that will help!

Love Turbofire! :)

I started a health challenge just for that reason - to provide support! Check it out and see if it could work for you. :) Heidi www.sanityhealthchallenge.com

Well, it's a detox program (it just came out a couple of months ago) and you really aren't eating enough calories to exercise. You take different supplements. It's hard to call it a cleanse because you are still eating real food. It really does "reset" your system. Since it is Beachbody they are obviously all about working…

I haven't read everything, but green smoothies have really helped me.

Have you tried out PB2? I use that in smoothies.

I am all about Beachbody workouts because they are 90 day programs. I've done P90X, TurboFire, and the new Les Mills PUMP. I like following a schedule that I knows builds up over the 90 days. I love Zumba as well, but I would rather take that in a class where there is more energy! :) Heidi www.sanityhealthchallenge.com
