I completed insanity first and then moved onto this workout program. I only finished month number one because for month two you needed dumb-bells and a rope. I would pick insanity any day over T25 because I pushed myself harder during this workout and also there were breaks given. Remind you, I was also going to the gym…

I enjoyed insanity over t25. T25 you needed the rubber band and weights for the second month so i stopped. I did push myself harder during insanity due to breaks given compared to T25 with no breaks only 25 mins.

my intake is good, I've been eating and burning enough in fact I've been losing a few pounds. it's tiring but If it helps I can manage it. I have more energy throught the day!

Ok thanks everyone, It must be a myth. I heard that its bad to eat right before bed it can cause weight gain because not enough time to digest the food.

The weights they have are not free weights its like a station area of weights. There isnt alot of room at goodlife though well the location i go to and ive never done free weights. Thats good to hear :)

I just weighed in today and my results are: WEIGHT: 118 i was 142 BMI: 20.8 FAT:12.9% FAT IN POUNDS: 15.3 WATER:62.5 % BONE: 7.8% Is it bad that it is low, what does this mean to me?
