Not coming off

Over the past year i lost about 24 pounds which stopped in March and recently nothing has been coming off at all.
Ive been working out 4-5 times a week intense for the most part.
My eating has been pretty good for the most part staying within daily calories.

Why isn't it coming off like it use to?
help!!

    You look pretty small in your pic. Look great! Maybe you have hit your bodies ideal healthy weight.

    A tip I try to remember is muscle is heavier then fat. So you may be losing fat but gaining muscle (thats a good thing :smile: ) and that's why you are not seeing the results on the scale.

    Well i reached my goal which was 120 pounds, I just want to loose my stomach and love handles now.

    How can this be done??
