Is just doing cardio and hardly weights best for leaning out?
Hello, I am at the current weight of which i would like to be. Although, I would like to lean out my stomach area. I currently am an active gym member. I LOVE doing cardio, I sometimes use free weights (maybe 2-3 times a week). What would you recommend? Thank you

Insanity plus going to the gym?
I am doing insanity plus going to the gym to do weight training. Would my results be the same? I have cut cardio out at the gym and am just lifting weights for about 30-45 mins a day 5x a week while doing insanity 6x a week. Helpful tips would be great!

Not coming off
Over the past year i lost about 24 pounds which stopped in March and recently nothing has been coming off at all. Ive been working out 4-5 times a week intense for the most part. My eating has been pretty good for the most part staying within daily calories. Why isn't it coming off like it use to? help!!

oh no...after all that weight loss the scale went up
So i jut recently lost aroud 25 pounds which took 1.5 years and ive been.going.on the scale lately and it says im 119 when i use to be 115 pounds. I still have been going to gym daily even 5-6 times a week while doing weights. Maybe its my diet i cant figure it out...water , fat , or muscle. How can i tell? Help me please
