Round 2 weight loss- need tips

I have already lost about 24 pounds just this year in April. I haven't been working out at the gym from April- Sept. Instead i have been biking and walking almost everyday, I have been maintaining my current weight from the weight loss which is 118.

I am starting fresh this month, looking for people to help me stay motivated! Trying to loose stomach and sides somehow :|
