I am currently at 115-117 considering i was 142 before.. and Im 5' 5...
I workout 4-5 times a week just doing about 30 mins cardio and the weights at good life (20 min flex). I have been doing really well, started to do new exercises at home to tone my abs.
I do have love handles and a bit of a stomach, i just wanted some tips on what to change or where to start?
Thank you!

We are the same height but, I am at 134. My goal is 130. My suggestion is, if you are trying to tone, decrease the amount of time you spend doing cardio and increase your strength training. I found a great bodybuilding workout on www.bodybuilding.com from Jamie Eason and have noticed significant results already. For your love handles and abs, air bikes is a great exercise as well as Roman situps.0

New Rules of Lifting for Women is a great book that details weight training for women. There's also a group on the boards here at MFP. Great program to tighten up and build muscle! (And no, heavy lifting does not mean "bulking up.")
