not eating all my calories

oh no i have so many calories left for the day...

what to eat thats still good for me?

what will this do if i dont eat all of them?

    Eat when your hungry. Try to keep it in the limits.

    Try focusing on your macros vs your calories. Are you getting enough protein/carbs? If you think you aren't getting enough, eat more. If you ate a lot of nutrient rich but low calorie food it shouldn't matter if your a little under.
