oh no...after all that weight loss the scale went up

So i jut recently lost aroud 25 pounds which took 1.5 years and ive been.going.on the scale lately and it says im 119 when i use to be 115 pounds. I still have been going to gym daily even 5-6 times a week while doing weights. Maybe its my diet i cant figure it out...water , fat , or muscle. How can i tell?

I used to work at a weight loss place years ago. We used to warn people that if you have eaten salty foods the scales can go up because you are retaining fluid. I can't remember all of the foods we mentioned but I do recall beef and tuna were bad.0
