Hello,
I am at the current weight of which i would like to be. Although, I would like to lean out my stomach area. I currently am an active gym member. I LOVE doing cardio, I sometimes use free weights (maybe 2-3 times a week).
What would you recommend?
Thank you

Though if you're at your goal weight this one might be a good start, too: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10177803/recomposition-maintaining-weight-while-losing-fat0
