For some reason I've found that I weigh less after my sweaty gym workout then before. I'm guessing it's the sweating that makes the difference even though I drink 24oz of water while I'm there.

LMAO! I just almost spit all my water all over the computer

All the replies on here from men who said "marriage" made me sad :( marriage should be full of lots of great sex! I've been married for 8 years, together for 12 and we have it at least 15x a month. Come on people, don't withhold sex from your spouses! Happy humping to you all :)

We've been using the natural method since July 2011. I'm a fertile myrtle and it's worked great for us. BUT: you can only use this method if you are very in tune with your body and know/can feel/watch for the symptoms of when you're ovulating every month. My cycle is like clockwork and I get the same dull pain every month,…

Thank you everyone! Keep up the hard work!

Thank you everyone!

Whoo hoo!!! I can't wait until I drop into that category- 10 more pounds!
-
LOL I'd be happy if it found it's way out of my back/midsection and thighs. But I know I'll never be a size 2 and I'm totally OK with that!

You look amazing! Remember that the confidence is the sexiest thing a woman can have- it's much sexier than any body part! And trust me, if you're sitting off to the side and either not in a bathing suit or covered up with shorts and a tshirt when everyone else is in the water, you're drawing more attention to yourself…

Thank you everyone, yes it REALLY helps to be tall! Although I'm still considered "obese" on the BMI charts- I don't think I'll drop into the "overweight" category until I hit 203 :( GRRR!

Height: 5'9" Starting weight: 267 that's AFTER losing the 33 pounds I gained while pregnant. GAHHHH! Current weight: 213 Really trying to lose another 20 more and get down to the low 190's I currently wear a size 12 in jeans and dresses and a size L shirt to have room for the tatas :)

Amazing job everyone! So inspiring! Here's mine: Height: 5'9" Starting weight: 267 that's AFTER losing the 33 pounds I gained while pregnant. GAHHHH! Current weight: 213 I hope these links work!:

Amazing work! You did it!

Take this three pound gain with a grain of salt. Is this your TOTM or your ovulation week? I gain 3-5 pounds during my ovulation week and its always gone like POOF by the end of the week. Hang in there!

TRUTH!!! Thanks for this :)

That net number is a very important number to pay attention to, so it's good that it's there. You want to always net at least 1200 calories a day, whether you exercise or not because that's the number of calories that your body has to function on. Keep eating good foods and logging it until you get to that 1200. I have…

Yes use the Gold Bond before and after workouts. Using it before will help prevent the chafing from happening. My 17 month old son sweats a lot and he has little rolls behind his knees and if I don't use baby gold bond on him morning and night, he gets chafed and red :( it works wonders! Great job on working out so hard!

Just keep it simple and try to focus on your NET calories for the day on MFP. Do that and get a good quality HRM (I use a Polar) so you can get an accurate calorie burn for your workouts. Try to get your NET calories to at least 1200 every day- whether you exercise thay day or not.

What would you suggest I do? Not log my strength training as exercise? Cut the weight lifting calories it gives me in half?
-
Awesome job! Doesn't it feel soooo good!?
-
Try upping your calories by a couple hundred- this could be mostly done just by making your Cytosport Protein shake with 6oz of 2% milk, 6oz of water and using 1.5 scoops of the protein powder instead of just 1 scoop. Best of luck to you!

Wow that is amazing! Thank you for sharing!
-
Wow great job to both of you!

You know, sometimes the truth hurts but sometimes that's what we need to wake us up. My HB has always been affectionate, but once I started losing weight, he really couldn't keep his hands off of me! He did tell me he is definitely more attracted to me now than before, which he should be! We have to remember that women are…

I just opened my diary to public so you can go in there and see! ***Some days are not so good, like Saturday when I had like 3 Ultra beers and 2 brownies, LOL. Oh well, we still have to live and give ourselves a treat once in a while!

It may not work for everyone, but it works for me. The Zig Zag Diet, also known as calorie shifting, involves staggering a low-calorie diet with high-calorie days. The belief is that if you can keep your body guessing, you can avoid homeostasis. By confusing your body, the hope is that your metabolism will shift into high…

Thank you everyone for your kind and funny words, you're cracking me up! What has really helped me is working out with my Polar FT-7 to get an accurate calorie burn. As we all know, MFP tends to over estimate calorie burns so it's nice to have something set to work from. I bought mine at heartratemonitorsusa (.com) for $73…

Heh thank you- well, the bottom line is that I think 228 is still a little too high to be healthy. I'd like to maybe get to 199 just for *hits and giggles because I don't think I've been in the 100's since I was in like 7th grade! We'll see how it goes....
