    i am 5'4" i am just at 146 now and want to get down between 125 - 130

    You look wonderful i use to wear size 18 in January 2012 i am now in size 8 i think we all should be proud, ever pound is work ♥ i haven't wore a 8 since i was in my 20's and i am now 44 I have a card on my fridge that says" I LOOK HOT" LOL lately i am struggling but i am determined to get back on track .................

    Today is my first day (seriously) back on 17dd. I dont really see it as a low carb diet (other than the first cycle) so much as a way to learn how to eat good food. Your pics are the reason I recommitted myself to this plan. Good job!
