Eggs. That sugar detox completely ruined it for me. I ate 2 eggs a day for 21 days. Ive only had one since then. EEEEEEWWWW. Which sucks because its the best protein choice I have.

I have a really good Shawn T workout from my favorite mag. Ill send it to MECCA with my mom and you can try out his style. I like it, but with paying 70/month on my gym I am not willing to buy any more videos! I do like him though ;)

Thanks for all the ideas! I was just going to post on this exact topic, but saw that there was already a stream going ;) any other sample meals, or if youve got open diarys and wouldn't mine me adding you so I can snoop at yours that would be great! ;)

It makes me feel super bloated, but Ive just used it as a way to stay away from that stuff. I still drink diet 7 up, about a half a can a day.

Bolthouse farms yogurt dressings, and their basic balsamic is so so yummy!

5' 4" and 140...where I have been stuck forever. Ive lost 35 lbs this year, but since I hit 140 early this summer I can't seem to break past it. Goal wt is 125ish ;) Keep chugging at it, You all look great!

You might want to put in that you are moderately active in your profile to change your calorie intake...thats what it puts me as as a nurse, sounds like you do about (or more) work as us ;)

I am the same way, so I try to eat little bits of whatever I'm craving so I don't end up binging on huge amounts of crap. I make my husband order something I want and eat a bite, and then he gets the rest. He eats all day and doesn't gain a thing, and even loses weight, so he doesn't mind;)

I do 12 midnight to 4 am, 4-8, 8-12, 12-4, 4-8, 8-midnight every day, that way I sort of stay the same all week even though I only work 2 overnights.

I think its extra hard only working 2 nightshifts a week (weekend package) getting into some routine has been difficult for me.

I love everything off of post punk kitchen. And every recepie I have tried from the Compassionate Cook cookbook has been amazing. I was vegan for 5 years, now "mostly" vegan but I do eat eggs.
