No! With your lack of exercise it is even more important to have eating discipline. Otherwise sedentary plus bad eating and you are doomed.

Eat half a cookie, chew up the salads at the luncheons, plan ahead when you know there is a function. Stay out of the kitchen area and go for a walk. Sounds like you are in a bad place. Keep exercising. Eat more fruit and veggies and be proud of the small steps you are taking and quit worrying about the scale. Do clothes fit better, do you have more energy, are you in better shape than when you started??

I try to eat as late in the morning as possible. Usually around 9:30-10:00 and all is well. It also stops me from getting super hungry and bingeing

I am starting to find out that if i restrict myself from foods that I like eventually I will lose the battle and yo-yo back up in weight. Eat the foods you like just eat less of them.
