I lost five pounds this week, crazy, I gained back one pound for a total of four pounds lost. I kept checking the scale to make sure it was right!! :)

Well, I did not lose any weight this week. Bummer! The good thing is that I did not gain any weight and I did lose inches.

I lost 3 lbs. 46 lbs to go. Wow, three pounds lost. I did not think I did that well! I have managed to get my planks in daily but did not do 30 day shred for two days. Hope everyone had a great week!

I am still doing 30 Day Shred, Level 1 and 10 minutes of Level 2. I am trying to work my way up. The planks are 10-15 seconds at a time. Good luck everyone! Keep up the good work!
