Wow Francl27, I looked at your profile and you have already come a long way! Amazing job! That is great.

I don't understand why people always feel the need to make comments like "you're wasting away" and tell others not to lose any more weight- unless of course someone looks emaciated or sickly! It's a personal decision and you should do what you feel comfortable and are happy with!! And you look GREAT, fantastic job!!!

Oops I guess I missed the boat on "one word." Sorry! @Capnrus789: Fun

Keep up the great dedication to logging, Lisa! I echo the sentiment of adding in some exercise...it will make a big difference! Also, it seems like maybe you are skipping some meals in order to allow for more calories in one meal? So I would think that smaller, more regular meals might help your metabolism.

I understand your frustration! And believe me you are not alone....we all have days when we just want to cry or give up. You only gained back 5 pounds though and you have already accomplished a lot! Think of it, you have still lost a net of 17 pounds. That is excellent work! Also remember that some days you will feel…

Don't take Tylenol, it can cause stomach bleeding when taken with alcohol.

I can't believe how many negative posts there are about this! Totally agree, when you eat crappy you feel crappy, thus having less motivation and energy! Keep up the great work!

Agree with you on the housework. I recently scrubbed my tub for a solid hour and was sweating like I was at the gym! Also, if you search "strength training" under Cardiovascular it is there. So I log that to get the cals and then log the individual exercises to remember what I've done.

What if you picked "sedentary" as your exercise option?

Great job, keep up the good work! You look great!

Congratulations! This is inspiring!
