I did 60 days of Insanity. You can do it. Give yourself mini goals. Like today I will only take 3 breaks instead of 5 breaks. Or I will take a ten second break instead of a 20 second break. I am a huge Shaun T fan. I did 60 days of Insanity, I completed 30 days of Asylum and now I am on Day 18 of Asylum 2. I can't wait to start Focus T25. I am looking forward to getting my workout done in 25 mins. I have friends that started this past week that are burning 300-500 calories.

I weigh myself daily but I am not obsessed with it. I basically go by inches and how my clothes fit. I am doing Asylum 2. I love it. What kind of workouts do you like to do? Are you doing Cardio and weights?

I loved Les Mills Combat. I did that workout back in January. I loved the 60 day program for so many reason. I love it because the workouts were 30 min to 45 min. The music was fun and the trainers made it go quick and fast. I lost 5lbs and 6 inches.

ABS are made in the kitchen. You got to eat right to really get good ABS.

I guess I am confused. What is a regular workout? After he finishes 60 days of Insanity he is going to want to push himself even more. He will want to challenge himself and probably won't go back to his old routine.

Get a HRM monitor. Everyone is different. Make sure you eat enough calories also. 1800-2000. I did Insanity 60 days, I am on my last week of Asylum and then I am off to do Asylum 2. I drink Shakeology daily. I have been drinking that for over a year. There is nothing like it out there. I drink results and recovery drink after my workouts. I have been eating cliff bars. I changed bars all the time because of the sugar intake.

I would say to do Asylum. I just finished Insanity on Saturday. I am going to start Asylum on Wednesday. I can send you some information on it if you like. I would say that you are not eating enough and that you go out to eat a lot. I would say the reason you are not losing is what you are eating. To lose weight you have to fix your diet. It is 80% kitchen 20% working out. Try eating over 1200 calories and I would say don't go out to eat for a week and see if that works.

I workout 6 days a week. You can do a recovery and have a rest day. I am doing Insanity right now so I am doing almost a hr of just that. I like to walk/jog also.
