  • I have 100 pounds to lose too. I am taking until 2012 to do it, though. I have a tendency to go at it too hard and burn out fast, so I am taking the time to change my life. I have lost the same 25-50 lbs over and over so many times. Two pounds a week will get you to your goal, so much luck to you! Petra
