she might be trying to sabotage you OR she could be feeling bad that she is overweight and eating bad so it makes her feel better about herself if someone else eats bad with her. how about you turn the tables in a positive way, ask her out to lunch somewhere healthy and ask her to come for a walk?

whether you do 17:7 or 5:2 or what not how many cals do you do when you can eat? if you are only say 1500 a day do you eat all 1500 in your eating window or less? then go back to 1500 the next day?

do you mean fasting 2 days in a row? That sounds even worse, My Husband was just thinking 2 non consecutive days. has anyone done it? does it work? is it healthy?

I am having one soon, I have low iron among a few other issues we need to investigate. My cousin was treated for colon cancer last year and she is in her mid 30's with two kids, you never expect it

Thanks, I do believe it should be a lifestyle rather than a diet it's just so hard when you are so busy all the time and sometimes its just easier not to pick the healthy option. I have a week pass at my local gym so I guess I will see how that goes....

They are just jealous and want to bring you to their level, just remember you don't want to conform because you don't want to look like them! take it all as a compliment and just meantion you are a healthy weight for your BMI :)

ME toooooo :( I seem to gain a few hundred grams one week then the next week i lose 1 kg! I guess its a good slow weight loss but a small loss every week would be more motivating!

I weigh in once a week, your body will go up and down naturally so any more often and you might not get a genuine reading. I do it the same day and time every week - Friday mornings after the toilet :D

a few friends and myself have started going to outdoor group fitness classes in Brunswick East of an evening 6:30pm.
