Low FODMPAS HELP
My Dietician has me on a low FODMAPS diet and I am struggling for ideas. no gluten no lactose no onion no garlic no mushrooms no apples minimum broccoli (i love brocolli :( ) no lentils minimum avocado every sauce / marinade has onion and garlic in it :( I feel like i am going to be living on plain meat and potatoes!

fasting, yes or no?
My Husband is convinced he wants to fast for one or two days a week to lose weight and I have to say i strongly disagree with not eating food for an entire day. what are the arguments here?

What can I snack on at night that is good for me but still sweet? I have been having way too much soy or coconut ice cream lately! has anyone had coconut ice cream? its only got 2 or 3 ingredients in it coconut milk , coconut sugar and sometimes cocoa powder, is that ok? BMR + TDEE or 1200 cals
I keep reading conflicting posts on here about these two ideas to lose weight. I generally stick to 1200 cals but sometimes I go up to 1300 cals but I am not hungry at all so is that ok or should I eat more cals by doing above BMR and below TDEE?
