Low FODMPAS HELP

My Dietician has me on a low FODMAPS diet and I am struggling for ideas.

no gluten
no lactose
no onion
no garlic
no mushrooms
no apples
minimum broccoli (i love brocolli :( )
no lentils
minimum avocado

every sauce / marinade has onion and garlic in it :(

I feel like i am going to be living on plain meat and potatoes!
