I am on level 1 day 3. It will get easier. The jumping jacks get me. It seems like the 30 seconds take forever.

As hard as it sounds, try and not get discouraged. I am not losing weight as fast as I would like, but I have gained more energy, stamina, and just feel better throughout the day. It took me a week before I say my first couple of LBS drop off.

I wear a pedometer to count my steps each day.

Every workout counts. I count the amount of time I spend walking around my office. Although it's low pace, I am stilling getting up and moving for longer than a couple of minutes. Log It.
