I did level one last night when i got home and again when I woke up this morning! and yes my legs are very sore as well! i have stairs at home and it hurt going up and down them this morning

Thats awesome! I to have been noticing my work pants loose all over and many ppl have been asking if I have been loosing also went and bought some new shirts the other day and can actually fit into an XL without feeling like I had to suck in the whole time i wear it!! its a good feeling!! :happy:

Yea its different with everyone I think... like she said depends on ur height and body shape at my highest weight of 227 and im 5' 7" I was Almost a size 18... depending on the brand of jean... and now at 212 pounds, I am anywhere from a 14-16 also depending on brand of jean! :)

14-16 now depending on brand! Would love to be a 9-10... smaller would be nice but im Tall and have big bones... so i doubt it will happen!

I go weigh crazy also and I fluctuate from morning to night and its usually around 2 to 3 pounds! which I thought it was really crazy but I drink ALOT of water thoughout the day... so Im guessing its water weight!
