    Thats Awesome! Thank you!! I also printed it out - highlighted the biggest motivators for me so I could read them when I'm faultering on whether to go workout or not...especially if I'm not in the mood or had a bad day! I tend to talk myself out of it on bad days...I believe reading this will talk me back into it!!
