  • I'm on TriNessa which is a generic of Otrho-Tri-Cyclen. I took Ortho-Tri-Cyclen for 8 years now, no problems. I just started this generic though because it is what Tricare will cover. I don't feel like I'm gaining any weight and didn't feel that on Ortho-Tri-Cyclen for sure!
  • What an inspiration and kind hearted person you are to do a giveaway. You, yourself have earned your success through hard work, dedication, and perseverance! Your before and after pictures are amazing. I think its great you can be in maintenance mode now. I look forward to when I can reach that part of my goal too :)…
  • My name is Alexandra but everyone calls me Ally :)
  • My husband is French/Native American/& other stuff and I am Korean-American. I was born here in the United States and raised in California till I was 18. My husband's family is very open and doesn't mind that he married a Asian woman (actually, I think that they are just happy he married a faithful woman, his last one was…
  • You look great at 145! I weigh 130 and I'm 5'2.5" & I don't feel like I look as skinny as you do, haha.
  • I met my husband online, he had a personal ad on Craigslist. Weird, I know! But, he is a God-loving, kind, generous, amazing man. My very best friend :) We dated for 6 months and then got married. I know that sounds crazy and sometimes "quick marriages" get a bad rap in this military lifestyle, but I wouldn't change it for…
  • i'm 5'2 (& a half lol)"... I currently weigh 130. When I was 18-early 20's, I weighed 114 and I still thought that was fat. Now, I just want to get back to weighing about 120 and toned. I think anything less than that will be too unrealistic for me to maintain.
  • Pretty sure that would be amazing!!!! Mmmm lol
  • Thanks for sharing this recipe :) I will be using regular Maple Grove Farms maple syrup though instead of the sugar free kind. My husband is from VT and well using anything but VT made full-regular maple syrup is a no-no, lol. It sounds good though, I think I'll bake some this weekend :)
  • I will have to try this soon, my husband loves chicken - this looks awesome :)
  • It sounds like this has been going on for awhile. I'm sure this bothers you to some degree. Have you all talked about it? If so, where does he see boundaries should be? :(
  • Heavy flirting is a no-no. My husband is a Marine and he goes to trainings and stuff where they have liberty when they are away to "go out". Thankfully he calls and updates me what goes on (cause he chooses to, not because I make him!). Yeah he's a Marine so he'll drink with the guys and lightly flirt with women, but…
  • I'm 26 (I realize I messaged my potential twin & posted I was 25, but I just turned 26 so bare with me, lol) Height: 5'2" (& a 1/2) SW: 140.2 CW: 130.2 GW: 120 I'd love a twin or if there are more people we could be a trio or the fantastic four... Whatever works! Message me :)
  • Beautiful pictures and wonderful inspiration to all. LOVE IT!!
  • I could never do it. First off, as a military wife it would just give us GOOD FAITHFUL ones even more of a bad rap. It's bad enough military wives get labeled for all being hoes. Secondly, I love my husband too much to throw our vows down the line. Last time I checked swinging may as well be like cheating and my vows…
  • SO VERY TRUE!! I agree maybe take a nice walk or something, it might keep your mind off things :)
  • What a great victory, keep it up :)

  • I know how you feel. I gained like a pound the other week and thought I was gonna kick someones butt, lol. I was really upset because like you I had been working out and eating well and thought what gives? But I looked back on my diary and I had some days where I was eating way too much sodium. As you know, too much sodium…
  • Turbojam is awesome. From someone who used to be an athlete, I will say it does very well. Charlene is great and keeping you motivated too - I love it! :) I got my set on Amazon used but it was almost brand new, I believe for $20? It comes with the 5 Turbojam exercises, you should check it out :)
  • Vitamix. That blender could probably crush rocks if one tried! I don't have one but my mom has one and she loves it and honestly, it really is a great blender but way too pricey for my budget! For a more lower-end blender, I like the Oster BVCB07-Z. I will say, whatever you do, don't buy a Hamilton Beach one. Less than a…
  • I'm a new Marine Corps wife, we just got married in February. We are stationed here in NC (at pretty much what I think is the worst and most boring base ever, lol). Always looking to chat with other MC spouses/girlfriends/etc. Feel free to add me, God bless ya'll
  • I am a Marine wife and proud... oorah! ;) Anyways, I'm here to loose weight to keep up with my fit hubby, haha. Feel free to add me if you'd like :) Best of luck to you!
  • You can do it! :) Everyone started at "day 1" at some point and no one lost a crap ton of weight overnight, its all about small changes to that healthier you! Feel free to add me if you'd like :) Take care and good luck!
  • I have tried crystal light before, not the hunger satisfaction though. haven't bought crystal light in awhile. how do you like it?
  • I highly dislike the word cheat. It just comes with too many bad connotations, therefore - there are some days I eat more than others, but I make sure on those days I plan with exercise so I get to eat what I want without guilt, if that makes sense. Other days, if I'm too lazy and ate too much, I try to get back on track…
  • I know how you feel. My friends who have a lot more left to loose than me, they are all loosing like 2 lbs a week steadily, but my loss is slower because I don't have a lot of weight left to loose. However, I look at it as any loss, even 0.1 of a lb, is a loss and that means I am going in the right direction :) Stay…
  • My dream used to be to join the Marine Corps and be badass but since my vision doesn't permit this... My dreams include being a good servant of God, having a long lasting marriage with my husband that continues to grow daily, and getting accepted into the nursing program next year so I can become an RN :)
  • My husband THINKS he knows what I weigh but he thinks I weigh less than I actually do - good or bad, I don't know. That being said, he doesn't care about the number as he does whether or not I'm healthy. He's a US Marine so by default he wants his wife to look good but most importantly be healthy and confident with myself.…
  • An easy way to incorporate a serving of fruits & veggies is to drink a V8 fusion - one glass has one serving of each and it tastes great! Just a suggestion if there are things you can't eat, that might be an option for ya.
