I have it too, and am trying to get my BMI down to be accepted for IVF treatment, I've added the first few of you guys but could only add 5, the rest of you please free to add me as I've actually never talked to anyone else with PCOS and think it would be a big help to me, and hopefully I can return the favour, thanks

Thanks. It's not actually lighter life I am doing, this is less restrictive, I have the 4 food packs a day but I am never in total abstinence - I have a normal food snack like cottage cheese or nuts and 1/2 pint of skimmed milk every day, then every fourth week I am to have a full week of normal low-card dinners, steak and…

incorrect. yes you do to qualify for free IVF treatment in the UK if your BMI is over ur health board's set level, which here is 30. I will be another 2 years on the list before I will be having treatment. As I said, i only plan doing this diet for a very short period as a quick kickstart then will follow all the advice…

I haven't told my doctor I'm starting this, but I did discuss it previously with a doctor who said that provided I was otherwise healthy and did it for no longer than 3 weeks at a time. I filled in and signed forms that are to go to my doctor notifying them that I've started it

Thats what my friend said, she said after a week she wasnt hungry and was pinging with energy the whole time - it's one tough week tho if this is day 2, I've been told I'm going to to feel awful days 3 to 5 :-/ :-( yes it does I am in to see her again on Saturday and she said to phone between now and then to let her know…

myself and my partner are trying for a baby and are on the waiting list for IVF treatment, I have to take my BMI (37) down to be accepted for treatment, and the more I can bring it down (to a healthy level only, obviously) the more chance of successful treatment. Lost around 1.5stone in 3months on diet chef but got bored…
