I am trying to lose 10-15 pounds. so anyone trying to lose that weight, I would be really grateful if you add me. Anyone I don't care about what age but people losing 10-15 pounds would be awesome. And 10-15 pounds of beach body figure etc. Not just 10-15 pounds of your ideal weight

i drink more than 5 liters a day. I go to the washroom every hour too. I just added protein powder back to my diet. so I can be more satisfied and it worked. but protein powder is pretty expensive for a student

For myself, I'm a beginner at working out so when i try and just writing down the name of the excercise i often forget what im suppose to do and sometimes if I do do it. I'm not too sure if my posture is right. any suggestions?

Thank you for all the answer. My next question is: How much is too much butter for it to be bad? Normally I use one tablespoon and after I take out the food from the pan I see a lot of grease in the pan. That means only half of it was used

It's human nature to rate someone based on your opinion. Everyone rates someone but they either choose to say it out loud or not. Please don't lie. you never saw a really really ugly person and didnt think he or she is a 1 or saw a really really beautiful girl or guy and didnt think he/shes a 10.

i've actually put in a lot of work but now i only have time for 30 minutes of excercise. I know my biggest problem is the way I eat. Let's pretend I can do this meal for 3 months. What is the side effects?

Actually that's me in the photo it just doesn't look big because its black. I wear size 28-32 jeans and most jeans I can't wear because of my legs. It fits alright with the waist not the legs. I wasn't in the fat burning zone. 160-175 in my age is cardio, I'm afraid that if I push it would be intense work out and would build muscle. I want to lose weight not build muscles in the legs. I want to lose my muscle in the legs because it's so big, I can't fit into pants

btw my rest heart rate is 70-85. I thought it was a little too high? Maybe my heart rate is over by 10? but then again I just finished working out 1.5hours ago. When I first put it on it was 74 but I already went down the stairs.

Is this normal: When I take off my shirt I don't know if I tuck my tummy in or out, so I just exhale everything and display all the fats out.

actually I think for the weights it doesn't really mean heavier weights and fewer reps is better. If you want to be bulky heavier weights and fewer reps is better if you want to be lean. more reps with heavy weights 12-20.
