I exercise almost an hour every weekday and I haven't lost a pound. I think that my diet is the problem? I would want to cook for myself but I don't know any healthy recipes? Can anyone recommend a website that only shows or shows healthy recipes?

    Just google healthy recipes.

You may want to open your food diary

Be smart and use smart ingredients. If it calls for whole milk, use skim. If it calls for processed pasta, use whole wheat, etc. Just smart substitutions will go a long way.

second, google recipes. You will notice an option on the left to search recipes after starting a search. You can specify ingredients, calories per serving, etc. Its very useful.

Find what works best for you - I am having sucess staying away from processed, canned, & frozen prepared food. Fresh and natural is great.

Can you tell us your height and weight? How many calories you are eating a day? What type of exercises you are doing? Have you taken your measurements i.e. do your clothes fit loosely?
