Food question

I exercise almost an hour every weekday and I haven't lost a pound. I think that my diet is the problem? I would want to cook for myself but I don't know any healthy recipes? Can anyone recommend a website that only shows or shows healthy recipes?

Just google healthy recipes.
You may want to open your food diary0 -
Be smart and use smart ingredients. If it calls for whole milk, use skim. If it calls for processed pasta, use whole wheat, etc. Just smart substitutions will go a long way.
second, google recipes. You will notice an option on the left to search recipes after starting a search. You can specify ingredients, calories per serving, etc. Its very useful.0 -
Find what works best for you - I am having sucess staying away from processed, canned, & frozen prepared food. Fresh and natural is great.0

Can you tell us your height and weight? How many calories you are eating a day? What type of exercises you are doing? Have you taken your measurements i.e. do your clothes fit loosely?0
