Are most people here losing weight because of just diet? If it is (and I think it is), can anyone please send me a good website or book that has cheap and healthy food. I don't cook at all but I haven't made any progress with my weight loss.

Your number one problem. If you are unwilling to cook, then you are at the mercy of the standard american diet (which is why you are at this point).
6 months ago, I said the same thing. I refused to cook because I didn't want to give up my time. But every meal I don't cook, I'm losing time on the end of my life. Every 30 minutes I don't cook because I want to watch one more episode of my favorite show, is 60 minutes shorter I'll be living when I'm near my death bed. Doing the math, it just didn't make sense not to. I'm practically extending my life by cooking and taking care of my body.
You wanna lose weight? Only eat/drink things that bring you nutrition.0 -

I phrased it wrong what I meant is that I'm a total newbie. don't send me fancy recipes because I wouldn't be able to keep up with it. Don't get me wrong though, I am eager to learn how to cook0
