I might join a class work out but do you guys think it would be effective and would burn 300+ calories or more. I go to world health and there offer free classes so i'm thinking of getting rev (cycling), fire, breathe.

Is there anyone out there who have done a program in bodybuilding.com and track their exercises? I'm trying to follow a work out online but I think its too time consuming writing down or printing the documents for each day. Is there a way to make it easier or is this the only way?

Health benefits of BUTTER
I'm starting to cook for myself because I want to have a healthier me. My dilemma is I don't know if Oil is much better than butter for cooking (satay or oven, or anything else). PS. I know oil is better than butter but if I only put one table spoon of butter every meal is that a lot? and should I just change to oil then?
