no offence to anyone this is just a question. I have noticed when some people take pictures of themselves it feels like their doing chest out and tummy in. I have no problem with that but I was just wondering if I should take my picture tummy in or tummy out because if I do tummy in it feels like I'm lying to the picture/people.

I'm a firm believer in "whatever floats your boat"...

If they're doing chest out tummy in, it's pretty clear, so it's not really a lie.
If they're not, then it takes courage to take that shot.

I am a fan of flex and contract. :-D

Is this normal: When I take off my shirt I don't know if I tuck my tummy in or out, so I just exhale everything and display all the fats out.

again... whatever floats your boat. in other words, it's up to you what you prefer to do.
that said, if you're going to use it for progress pics, be consistent.

Unless you want to make the progress really good... then I'd suggest pushing your tummy as far out as possible, and then on the next pic, suck it in as far a s possible ;) Voila! Instant progress pics! LOL
