Do people who work out in the gym get more motivation working out in the gym than working out at home?
meaning that when your at the gym you feel more motivated to do more work since you took the time to drive there. Also to add on to the motivational force, people are also watching you and you would want to feel stronger than what you really are; pushing yourself to the limits.

I guess that will depend on your personality. I realized that the only equipment im fond of the gym is the threadmill. I prefer working out on my on because i wouldnt mind looking stupid.
What i found out though is that not all workout videos are the same. You have to find that video that will not bore you. So far jillians videos seem to work well with me0
