I love my fitbit! It keeps track of my steps and calories burned during the day, also flights of stairs climbed. Then, I got my Polar heartrate monitor. It's GREAT for my ZUMBA classes! I think that's my favorite now but I still use the fitbit daily. :)

I've had my Fitbit since January and I love it! The sleep tracking is neat, you wear it on your wrist in a soft band and it keeps track of how much you move around in your sleep or if you get up in the middle of the night. That's great to hear! I remember when I saw the 130's, it was a great feeling. When I started my weightloss journey I was 166 lbs. I'm 5'2" and 47 years old. I'm down to 137 and my goal is 125 also! Keep up the good work!

Between Zumba 2-3 times a week and a better diet, I've lost 20 lbs over 16 months. I love going to the class! I've tried it at home and it's just not the same. So much more energy at the class...

Sorry - I posted on the main thread. Here are my numbers: SW: 138.6 GW: 133 (but would love to see 130!) For the challenge - I'm going to try to NOT eat ALL my exercise points on a daily basis. I would like to leave some calories in the green! :)
