the problem with the chicken, veggies and brown rice is I get bored easy and that results in a binge for me so yea not so good I like the smart ones cause they have a variety of choices and they are easy to make.

yes this is true cause I have looked into selling food and you need permits and i think you need to take a test for something I forgot what they called it but it has to do with the cleaniness and all and safety cause you can actually get sued. good luck with everything:smile:

the wellbutrin increases blood pressure so I cannot take that although ... it does make you lose weight =) but I really need med's cause i'm kinda bad without them I have horrible phobias, ocd, panic attacks and horrible anxiety which makes me hide in my house all day =( I try to stay positive but that doesnt seem to work.…

I know it is scary!!! yea i see people who are doing hcg who consume 500 but I know it tricks there body but idk thats so confusing to me as to how that works,, and also people who are very obese get put on diets that are crazy sometimes like 600 liquid calorie diet! yikes..

Yes as soon as I read this I said to myself " she's not getting enough calories if she is burning that many and consuming only 1200" if you are eating 1200 and burning 1500 per workout then you are negative 300 calories. I would increase your calories up to 900 more .

I use to use to but realised I would rather eat a meal and plus it made me **** all day lol I know tmi, but just being honest. I dont know why it did that though.
